Penn Stuart, a law firm involved in the SLAPP suits over the Mountain Valley Pipeline got their office raided by land defenders late last year. They are responsible for a big $4 million SLAPP suit against peaceful protesters, now it’s time for them to pay the price

Pipeline fighters stormed their office and  literally trashed the place, dumping trash on the floor and generally messing the place up. As far as I am concerned, this is justice tempered with a great deal of mercy, and Penn Stuart had best learn from this.They are as much a Mountain Valley Pipeline contractor as any equipment rental firm or pipeline welding company and just paid a price.
